Emergency

In a case of an emergency, please call ๐Ÿ“ž 9-1-1

Services include:

  • A fire

  • A crime

  • A car crash

  • A medical emergency

When you call ๐Ÿ“ž 9-1-1, they will ask you some questions. These may include:

  • The location of the emergency, including the street address

  • The phone number you are calling from

  • More information about the emergency

Non-Emergency

If you have non-emergency health concerns, please call ๐Ÿ“ž 8-1-1

Services include:

  • To talk about your symptoms and if you need to see a doctor or nurse in person

  • To ask healthy eating and nutrition-specific questions

  • To ask physical activity and exercise-specific questions

  • To ask about the medications you take

Walk-In-Clinics are places that provide medical care for people who do not have a family doctor. They accept patients who walk-in and have no appointments.

If you would like to access mental health or counselling-related service, please contact your Settlement Worker. If you do not have a Settlement Worker, please go to the Get Help page for more information.

Everyone can get vaccinated! You donโ€™t need any documentation.

Register even if you have already received dose 1 in another location. All of your information will be kept private and will never be shared with other agencies or parts of government. 

You can register yourself or someone else, like a parent, grandparent or child. They will never ask you for your SIN, driver's licence number or banking and credit card details.

After registration, use your โ€˜confirmation numberโ€™ to book an appointment online or by phone:

  • First and last name

  • Date of birth 

  • Postal code

  • Personal Health Number (PHN)

  • An email address that gets checked regularly or a phone number that can receive text messages
